Your shopping list
Everything is in whole pack sizes, so there is nothing to weigh out or guess at. Tick items off as you add them, or copy the whole list and paste it straight into your online shop.
Where every gram goes
Every pack you buy is spread across your recipes until it runs out. Anything left at the end is a cupboard or freezer item that keeps.

When you get home
Fifteen minutes of putting things away in the right order, and every cook night this week gets easier.
Divide the chicken breast before it goes in the fridge
You are buying 1.8 kg for 2 recipes. Split it now into 880 g for the soy chicken and 880 g for the chicken curry. Keep the portion you are cooking first in the fridge and freeze the rest, then move it down the night before you need it.
Cut the hard vegetables while you are already in the kitchen
Break the broccoli, carrots down now and store in a container with a folded paper towel on top to catch moisture. Every cook night this week gets shorter.
Use the pork mince first
It keeps about 2 days, which is the shortest clock in this shop. The cook order below puts it at the start of the week for that reason.
Keep the potatoes away from the onions
Take the potatoes out of the plastic bag and give them their own dark corner of the cupboard. Stored next to onions they sprout noticeably faster.
Cook order

Uses the chicken breast, which keeps about 3 days.
Uses the chicken breast, which keeps about 3 days.
